The quest Duel of the Houses can do FFF very well, too.
I haven't try Lutgardis FFF Solo because I have no enough Heroes, but I use a nuking build + Frozen Soil can do this very fast.

Youtube hfff they have quite a few guides that shows you where to click the heroes. Believe on one of the guild wars wiki's there is also a texmod that places dots where your supposed to flag your heroes for hfff. So you could try that too.
